Please can we have the following for my Lady Captain's Dinner - total 23 ladies

18 x Turkey Carvery - roast potatoes

3 x beef Carvery - roast potatoes

1 x Cod in Parsley Sauce - new potatoes

Lynda Notley - said 'yes please' to carvery

13 x apple crumble

9 x strawberry sundae

Lynda Notley - said 'yes please' (and you would know what she meant... I have no idea)

Some ladies have given a preference for tea/coffee so to give you some idea....

13 x coffee

1 x decaf coffee

4 x tea

but there maybe a few more on the night.

TABLES

Please can we have the following table settings for my Lady Captain's dinner and The Ladies AGM.

Lady Captain's Dinner - 3 round tables

2 x 8 settings & 1 x 7 settings

Ladies AGM - as per last year with rows of chairs facing the far end of the dining area with a gang way in the middle. If possible not too many rows so that ladies cannot sit at the back. The top table needs to seat 4.

Also a table to the side of the top table nearest the window for the trophies/vouchers.
