The final is on 18 September. We want all four teams to finish closely together so need to use both the 11th and 1st starting points. The course needs to be closed therefore. I suggest we start at 2pm. We should be finished by 6pm and dining by 6.45pm all together. Trish needs to know that at this stage plan on a total of 48 and it needs to be either plated plus vegetables or a fast buffet style. We’ll sort menu later. 9/8/2014
