The final is on 18 September. We want all four teams to finish closely together so need to use both the 11^th and 1^st starting points. The course needs to be closed therefore. I suggest we start at 2pm. We should be finished by 6pm and dining by 6.45pm all together.  Trish needs to know that at this stage plan on a total of 48 and it needs to be either plated plus vegetables or a fast buffet style.
