Seniors Wine Scramble 2025 Entry Form

Entry Fee - £160 per team of 4 (this includes coffee/tea on arrival, on course refreshments, and meal after play
Minimum age 60. Texas Scramble. Maximum Handicap: 23.6
Handicap allowance as per WHS. To be played off Yellow Tees.
Prize Table: Wine. Nearest to the pin all par 3's
Refunds will not be allowed after the closing date but substitutes will be allowed.
Entries close on Saturday 26th April or earlier if full.
Tee Times 8am - 11am & 11.08am - 2pm		 
 This form will be kept until the end of 2025 and will then be shredded.
No information held on this form will be passed to a third party.
