Meal after golf, 1pm together:  10% discount included, rather than the members usual 8%. To be served plated as no access to the carvery for buffet as the Dining Room will be partitioned and set up ready for the AGM.

AGM:   To be held in the Dining Room with partition, after the meal.  Set up theatre style for 50 pers 41 attended in 2024), top table for 6 pers with microphone and water. KE to arrange Ballot Papers to be provided in foyer, postal votes and details on website.
