33 golfers in total. (11 x 3-balls). Teeing off at 8 minute intervals.

Meal - £25.65 / Golf : £29.35 (discount taken off golf fees) 

Coffee & Bacon rolls from 09:00. (Would it be possible for one vegetarian in our group to have an egg roll instead?)

1st A.M. tee time at 10:00 (last tee time at 11:20). 10 holes. 

Rolling Lunch starting at approx 12:30  - Soup & Baguette

1st P.M. tee time at 13:30 (last tee time at 14:50). 18 holes. Nearest the pin markers on all Par 3’s. (Advised Pro Shop 21/4/2017)

Dinner at approx 7pm - Pate & Toast, Chicken Chasseur, Apple Crumble, coffee & mints  (NB: Vegetarian meal required for one person)  Tables 2 x 12 & 1 x 9 Cutlery for 3 course,both glasses,blue napkins & water jugs.                                  

Our Society Treasurer (Daron Mullineaux) will pay in full on the day.

You have kindly agreed that a 4-ball voucher will be available as a prize.  I am sure that Daron or our Chairman (Gary Biggs) will speak to you about this on the day.
