TIMINGS

AM – Set up, balloon arch, table balloons etc

3pm – Christening at church

5pm – Arrival for all guests (Carmen & Ionut a little earlier)

5.30pm – Starter to be served, followed by dancing

7pm – Main to be served, followed by dancing

8.30pm – Christening cake to displayed, then catering staff to cut and serve on club plates

11.30pm Bar to call last orders

Midnight – Guests depart

Club’s white table cloths and napkins

Carmen to bring in purple napkins for glasses

Wine glasses and water glasses on tables

Carvery to be used for cakes and candy

Dance floor required (no partition)

Use Club sound system, own music

Table numbers, menus, table plan and place cards (purple butterfly theme) to be printed by Club office

BAR/DRINKS

Bar tab for tea,coffee and all drinks – to be paid end of evening by Carmen & Ionut

Ensure beers, samll bottles of wine, Kraken Black rum to be available

Ice, lemon, lime for drinks

MEAL

Nuts, crisps to be supplied by Carmen – Club to provide bowls for tables

Starter for adults – 41 x Chicken goujons with salad, marie rose sauce and garlic bread @ £8.50pp

Main for children (to be served with adults starter) – 14 x  Breaded chicken strips, mozzarella sticks x 2, chips, sauce @ £4.50pp

Main for adults x 39

Honey roasted ham (boiled then roasted) and roast chicken (shredded), served with roast potatoes and roasted mediterranean vegetables @ £15.50pp

Bread roll & butter (served in a basket at each table) @ £1.25pp per roll (41 Pers)

Note: Meal to be plated, not served from carvery. All sauces to be served in separate dishes not on the dinner plate.

Dessert:

Christening cake, to be displayed on KHGC clothed trolley or at a cake table – then kitchen to cut and serve on club cake plates. No charge is made for this service.
