Monday/Tuesday - Banners (sponsors) to be delivered to Pro Shop

Committee Room to be used as office & storage of prizes etc - Thursday & Friday - also bringing up ice bags x 10 that need to be stored in freezer

Numbers Players: 200 (50 teams) - 1st tee time 07:00

Price: Catering @ £20 each, Golf @ £12 each

Rolling, not shotgun - Starter is Pat Harvey - Tables, chirs & umbrella on 1st tee

Competitions - Putting Green, 'marshmallow' how far can you hit with a driver (Pat) - Beat the Pro on 11th (Tom Parsons)

Buggies - more needed (AW to source)

Announce players/teams on 1st tee - Portable battery operated PA has been arranged by organisers

Scores to be displayed on both Screens in lounge. AW aware

Registration desk in lobby with 2 x tables and 2 chairs, plus long Raffle table (2 tables) which will be pre-drawn - Score cards to be collected from registration and handed back to registration for Steve

Car sponsors with advertising, (Mercedes) at main club house entrance 

Arrival from 7am: Tea/Coffee (complimentary/included) - Purchase own bacon baps (max 30, only organisers and early tee offs) - Takeaway style for all - No other breakfasts available

Bar tab for helpers please for eg.sandwiches, tea, coffee, soft drinks - Sue, Pat, Caudia, Barrie, Pete, Martine, Jayne, Tom

Tent on 11th with refreshments provided and managed by organisers. Bringing own ice. But want to use Club Cooler.

Gazebo back of 18th for Pimms to finish, next to Ben's bench (to be moved from greenkeepers shed) - provided by sponsor, managed by organisers.  Also need Pimnms Jugs x 3.

Meal after golf from 11.30am to 17:30pm : 2 course, rolling, plated, max 80 pers at anyone time, AM players eat after play, PM players eat before play - But most of the late pm teams didn't eat and some of the am (approx 40). Note: players teeing off after 1pm have been told that they must eat before play. But 1pm tee off can still eave after play, hence 17:30pm. Aware kitchen closes at 7pm.

Layout: Use Dining Room, Lounge (26 x 4s), placemats, wrapped cutlery, jugs of water & glasses - Players to move to patio area and 19th  once eaten/waiting (Sue & Pat will encourage players to move from tables once eaten if becomes busy). Long table (2-3 tables) against dance floor wall, for auction prizes and competions prizes.

Main (plated) - Steak & Ale Pie (with lid, not tray baked) with chips & peas - Three Bean Chilli with Rice (V/VG)

Dessert (plated) - Vanilla Baked Cheesecake with cream or ice cream - Fruit Salad with vegan ice cream(V/VG)

Tea/Instant Coffee from Carvery, Self Service 

Evening: 8.15/8.30pm  (some may arrive earlier or stay on!) Return for presentation and auction given by Alfie - followed by  Entertainment, 'magic by Alfie' - organisers aware max 100 people can be seated, rest will need to stand, but not all players return for evening - Bar to close 11/11.30pm. Would prefer no plastic glasses - Aware kitchen closes at 7pm, ensure enough crisps, snacks behind bar - Club mic required for Alfie. He will also bring his own mic stand, lapel mic and bringing own sound system if required. Also, Alfie will require the Committee Room for changing/props.
